Terms of Service

1. The service

MagnetIpix prints custom photo magnets from images you upload. By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Your rights in the images

You must own the rights to the photos you upload, or have permission from whoever does. We refuse any order containing illegal or hateful material, or material whose rights are plainly not yours.

3. Custom products

Every order is made to order. It cannot be cancelled once production starts, nor returned for a change of mind. A printing defect, however, is always redone at our expense.

4. Prices and taxes

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes (GST, QST or HST depending on province) are added at checkout.

5. Warranty

If the print has a defect, write to us within 30 days of delivery and we reprint free of charge.

6. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada.
