How long until I get my order?
We print and ship within 3–5 business days. Canada Post delivery then takes 2–5 days depending on the region. You get a tracking number as soon as it ships.
What photo quality do I need?
A photo from any phone made in the last 8 years is more than enough. Our tool warns you if a photo is too small to print well. Simple rule: bigger is better.
Can I mix different photos in one set?
Yes. Every magnet is independent — the 9 photos in a set can be 9 completely different photos.
What are the magnets made of?
Quality flexible magnetic stock, printed at 300 DPI with pigment inks, matte finish that does not hold fingerprints. They stick to fridges, filing cabinets, any metal surface.
Do you keep my photos?
Your photos are used only to print your order. They are deleted automatically after 120 days. We never share them with third parties, and we only post them on our social media if you check the consent box.
What if I am not happy?
Email contact@magnetipix.com within 30 days. If the print has a defect, we reprint it free.
Do you do bulk orders?
Yes — weddings, businesses and events. Send us your approximate quantity and we will quote you.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes, we ship everywhere in Canada and to the United States. Rates and timing adjust automatically at checkout.
